Pick the payment option that best meets your needs.
Some customers prefer to purchase the software out right. This options results in a one-time payment for a perpetual license, while avoiding finance charges and ongoing cash commitments. Microsoft Dynamics solutions are sold directly through Microsoft Dynamics Certified Partners like Sopris Systems. We can sell the required licenses under the Server/Client Access License (CAL) model and provide planning, implementation, customization, support, and services.
Qualified customers can choose financing their purchase into a lease. The benefits include the option to bundle software, maintenance and services into the lease, predictable cash flow requirements and payments that are spread out over time to minimize a large upfront cost. There are several lease options however the most common is a 36 month “lease to own”, allowing your organization to cash flow the investment over a 36 month period.
Software as a Service (SaaS)
Our third option is software-as-a-service or subscription based pricing. Subscriptions provide predictable cash flow and simple scalability by allowing for increases or decreases in the number of users per quarter. The monthly user fee includes all hosting, software, upgrades, support, and maintenance. Implementation services are quoted separately. With a subscription purchase, the client does not own the software. When a subscription ends, the software is no longer accessible to the client unless renewed under a new agreement.
